Box 1151 Grand Island, NE 68802 -1151 CORRECTIVE CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED WHEREAS, this Corrective Corporation Warranty Deed is entered into this day of February, 2016, by and between GRAND ISLAND AREA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Nebraska non - profit corporation ( "Grantor") and PVIPE, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ( "Grantee "); WHEREAS, by Corporation Warranty Deed dated December 15, 2015, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 22, 2015 as Instrument Number 201508650 (the "Original Deed "), Grantor conveyed to Grantee all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska (the "Property "): See attached Exhibit "A ". WHEREAS, said Original Deed through error and inadvertence included an incorrect legal description of the Property; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to correct the error set forth in said Original Deed as set forth herein below. NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, Grantor hereby conveys to Grantee all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV. STAT. § 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: 902(4). See attached Exhibit "B ". Transaction is exempt from documentary stamp tax pursuant to NEB. REV.
