<br />I. are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except easements,

<br />This Corrective Deed amends and corrects the legal descriptions in the original Warranty Deed filed on
<br />January 8, 2004, as Instrument No. 200400214, with the Hall County Register of Deeds.
