2� 1 ���7�4 <br /> 22. Capita�ized Terms. Capita�lzed terms not defined in this Security Instrument shall have the meanings ascribed <br /> to th�m in the Laan Agreement <br /> N�N-U1�1IF�RM C�VENANTS. Borrower and Lender further co�enant and agree as faltaws: <br /> 23. Assignm�nt of�tents. Borrower u�ncanditianai�y assigns and transfers to Lender al1 the rents and re�enues�f <br /> the Propert�. Borrower authorizes Lender or Lender's agents to collect the rents and re�enues and hereby directs <br /> each tenant of the Property ta pay the rents to Lender or Lender's agents. Hovvever, prior �a Lender's notice to <br /> B�rrovr�er a�Barrower's breach of any�ovenant or agre�ment in t�e Security Instrument,Borrovver shall collect and <br /> recei�e all re�ts and re�enues of the Fraperty as trustee far the benefit of Lender and Borrower. If Lender requires irnmediate payment in full under Paragraph �4,Lender rnay <br /> in�ok� the pawer of sale and any other rem�dies permitted by app�icable law. Lender shal� be entitled to <br /> callect al1 e�penses �ncurr�d in pur5uing the remedies pro��ded in this Paragraph 24, including, bu�t not <br /> limited to,reasanable attorneys'fees and cnsts of title e�idence. <br /> If the povr�er of sale i5 invoked,Trustee ShaII record a notice of defauit in each county in which any part af the <br /> Property is located and shali mai� copies of such n�tice �n the manner prescribed �y applicable law to <br /> Borrower and #o Ehe other persons prescrib�d �y appli�able law. After the time required by applicable law, <br /> Trustee shall gi�e public notic� of sale to the persons and in the manner prescri�ed by applicable law. <br /> Trustee, withaut demand on Borrow�r, shati seii the Property at public auction to the highest�i�der at the <br /> time and place and under the terzns designated in the nfltice�f sal�e in ane ar m�re par�els and in any arder <br /> Trustee determines,Trustee may po5tpone sa�e of all o�any parcel of the Property by pub�ic announcement <br /> at the time and pla�� �f any �revious�y schQduted sale.
