<br /> pre�iaus fiscal year in such farm and detaif as Lender sha1� require. "Ne� operating income" shal! mean a�l cash
<br /> receipts from the Property less aff eash expenditures made in connection wi�h the opera�ion of th�Prope�ky.

<br /> Chaics of Venus. If there is a lawsuit, Trustor agrees upon Lender`s request tv submit to the jurisdi�tion vf�he
