<br />This Deed, made and entered into by and between John H. Hayse, a single man,
<br />( "Grantor "), of Buchanan County, Missouri, and John H. Hayse, as trustee of the John H.
<br />Hayse Revocable Trust dated 3/10/01 ( "Grantee "), whose mailing address is: 5503
<br />Candleberry, St. Joseph, MO 64503.
<br />Witnesseth, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
<br />good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged;
<br />Grantor does hereby GRANT, BARGAIN and SELL, convey and confirm, to
