Lender may engage such agent or agen�s as Lender may deem appropriate, sither in Lender's <br /> name�r in Gran��r's name, ta ren�and manage�he Pr�p�rt�, inc�uding the callec�ian and application af Rents. <br /> Dther Acts. Lende� may do all su�h other things and acts wi�h respect to the Property as Lender may deem <br /> apprapriate and may ac�ex�lusi�e�y and so�ely �n th� place and st�ad of Grantor and �o ha�e all of the pov►rers �f <br /> Gran�or fvr�he purpvses stated abo�e. <br /> No Requ�rem�nt to Act.
