<br /> this Deed of Trust and take whate�er other action is reques�ed by Lender to per�ect and continue Lender's lien vn
<br /> the Real Property. Trustor shal! reimburse Len�er fo� all taxes, as described below, �oge�her with all expenses
<br /> incurred in recording, per��cting or con�inuing �his Deed of Trust, including without limitatian all taxes, �ees,
<br /> d�cumentary stamps, and�ther charges�or recording ar reg�stering this Deed of Trus�.

<br /> Subsequent Taxes. If any tax to which this sectian applies is enacted subsequent t� the date of this Deed of
<br /> Trust, this event shafl ha�� the same effect as an E�ent of Default, and Lender may exercise any or all of i�s

<br /> SEGURiTY AGREEMENT; F1�VANCING STATEMENTS. The fall�wing provisions r�ia�ing to this ❑eed of Trus�k as a

<br /> Se�uri�y Agreement. This instrument shall c�nstitute a S�curi�y Agreement �to �he ex�ent any of �he Prvperty

<br /> Security lnterest. Upon request hy Lender, Trus�or shai! take what��er action is requested by Lender to per�ect
<br /> and continue Lender's securi�y interesf in the Rents and Personal Property. In additian ta recardin� this Deed o�f
<br /> Trust in the real property records, Lender may, a� any �im� and without further authorization �ram Trus�vr, f�le
<br /> executed counterparts, �op�es �r repr�ductions of this Deed of Trus� as a financ�ng statement. Trus#vr sha�l
<br /> reimburse Lender for ai1 expenses �ncurred in perfectin� or confinuing �his security �nterest. Upon default, Trustor
<br /> shall not remo�e, s��er or detach the P�rsonal Prvperty from �he Property. Upon de�aul�, Trus�ar sha11 assemble
<br /> any Personal Pr�perty not affixed �ko the Praperty in a manner and at a place reasanably con�enient ta Trustor and
<br /> Lender and make i� a�aifable to Lender within �hree �3� days af�er receipt af wri�ten dernand �rom Lender �kv the
<br /> extent permitted by app�tcable law.
<br /> Addresses. The mailing addresses o� Trustor tde�ator� and Lend�r �secured party} from whi�h infn�mati�n
<br /> conc�rning �h� security �nt�rest grant�d by this Deed of Trust may b� obtained �each as required �y the Uniform
<br /> Commercial Cod�� are as sta�ed on the�irst page�f this ❑eed of Trust.
<br /> FURTHER ASSIJRAN�ES; ATT�RNEY�IN-FACT. The foliowin� pr�v�si�ns rela�ing �o �ur�ther assurances and
<br /> at�orney�in-fact are a part of�h�s Deed of Trust:
<br /> Further Assurances. At any time, and from time �o �ime, up�n reques� a� Lender, Trustor wil� make, execu�te and
<br /> del�ver, or w�[I cause to be made, executed or delivered, to Lender or to Lander's designee, and when request�d by
<br /> Lender, cause to b� filed, recorded, re�Filed, Qr rerecorded, as the case may be, at such times and in such offices
<br /> and plac�s as Lender may deem appropriate, any and al� such mortgages, deeds o�trus�, security deeds, securi�y
<br /> agreemen#s, financing statements, continuation s�atemen�s, instruments �-� further assurance, �ertifica�es, and
<br /> o�her documents as may, in the sol� opinian of Len�ler, be necessary or desi�ab�e in arder to effec�uate, camplete,
<br /> perfect, con�inue� or preser�� {1} Borrawer's and Trust�r's vbligati�ns under �the Nate, this D��d af Trust, and
<br /> the Related Documentsr and {2} the liens and security in�erests created by this ❑eed ❑f Trust as first and pri�r
<br /> liens �n �h� Pr�per�y, wheth�r n�w awnsd or hereafter acquired by T�ustor. Unless prohibit�d by la�rv or L�nder
<br /> agrees to the contrary in writing, Trusfior sha�l reimburs� Lender �ar all costs and �xpenses incurred �n c�nnection
<br /> with�he matters r��err�d t� in this paragraph.
<br /> At#vrney�in�Fa�t. lf Trustor fails t� do any��the things referred to �n �h� preceding paragraph, Lender may da sa
<br /> for and in th� name af Trustor and a�r Trustor's expense. For such purposes, Trustor hereby irre�ocably app�ints
<br /> Lend�r as Trustor's att�rney-'tn-fact far�he purpose of making, �xe�uting, deli�ering, �Filing, recording, and doing all
<br /> �ther things as may be necessary or desirab�e, in Lender's sale opinian, to accvmplish �the matters referred to in
<br /> �he preceding paragraph.
<br /> FULL PERF�RIIIIANCE. If Borrower and Trus�or pay al[ the Indebtedness, including wi�hout �imitatian al� future
<br /> ad�ances, when due, and Trustor otherwise performs al!the �bliga�ions imposed upon Trus�or under this Deed of Trus�,
