NOTICE OF DEFAULT IM, <br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated March 16, <br />1994, wherein Sinthalong Chounlamountry and Bao Chounlamountry, Husband and Wife, were <br />the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on March 16, 1994, as Document No. 94- 102156, as Document No. 98- 105253, which <br />contains as trust property, the following- described real estate: <br />The East Twelve and Fifty Seven Hundredths (12.57) feet of Lot Twelve (12) and <br />the West Fifty -Eight and Eighty -Six Hundredths (58.86) feet of Lot Eleven (11), <br />West Spelt- Schultz Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, Sinthalong <br />Chounlamountry and Bao Chounlamountry, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by the Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated March 15, 1994, <br />owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand <br />Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this obligation. <br />Arend R.
