<br /> or will be lacated, stor�d nr released on or in the Property. This restriction �oes not apply to smali
<br /> quantities af Hazardous Substances that are genera.��y recognized to �e apprapriate for tl�e narmax use

<br /> B. Except as previously disclosed and acknovvledg�d in wrxtxng ta Benefxciary, Trustor and e�ery t�nant
<br /> ha�e been, are, and shall remain in full complian�e with any appli�a�1�Environmental. Law.
<br /> �.Trustor sha�.l �mmedxat�Iy notify Benef�ciary if a rel�ase ar�.a.rea�ened release of a Hazardaus Su�stance
<br /> ��curs on, under or about the Prop�rry or there is a violation af any Envxronmenta� Law cancernrng �he
<br /> Praperty. Zn such an. event, Trustor shall �ake a.XX necessary remed�al actian in ac�ordance with any

<br /> D.Trustor sha.il immediately nat�fy Bene�ciary �n writing as soon as Trustor has reasan to b�lre�e there is
<br /> any pending �r threatened in�estigation, claim, vr pro�eeding relating ta the release or �hreatened
<br /> re�ease af any Hazardous Substance or the vialatian�f any Environmenta.� Law.
<br /> 12. ESCR�W F�R TA�ES AND INSURANCE. Unless ath�rw�se provYded �n a s�parate agreement, Tru��ar
<br /> wxll not be required t❑pay to B�n�ficiary funds for taxes and insurance in escrow.
<br /> 13. J�INT AND INDIVIDUAL LIAEILITY; C�-SIGNERSy SU��E�S�RS AND ASSI�NS B�UND. All
<br /> duties under this Se�urity �nstrumen� are jo�nt and individua.�. �f Trustor signs this Security 7nstrument but
