<br /> FURTHER ASSURANCE�, ATT�RNEY-IN-FA�T. The fallawing prv�isions relating to fur�h�r assurances and

<br /> Further Assurances. At any time, and from time to tim�, upvn request af Lender, Trus�or wil� make, execu�e and
<br /> deli�er, or will causs to be mad�, �xecuted or deli�ered, to Lender or to Lender's design�e, and when requested by
<br /> Lender, cause ta be filed, recorded, re#iled, or rere�orded, as the cas� may be, at such �imes and in such officgs
<br /> and places as Lende� may deerr� appr�pri�te, any and a[I such marfigages, de�ds ❑f trusfi, securi�y d�eds, security
<br /> agreemen�s, financing statements, can���uation s�tatements, instrum�nts of #urther assuran�e, certificates, and
<br /> ather documen�ts as may, in the so�e opini�n of L�nder, be ne��ssary�r des�rable in flrder�o e�fectuate, compfe�e,
<br /> per�ect, �ant�nue, ar pr�ser�e t�y Tru�tor's obiigatians under the Note, �his Deed o� Trust, and the Re�ated
<br /> Documents, and ��} the �iens and security in��rests created by this Deed o�Trust as �irs�t and prior �iens on the
<br /> P�roperty, whether n�w owned vr hereafter acquired by Trustar. Unl�ss prohibited by I�w vr Lende� agrees to the
<br /> �antrary in writing, Trus�or shall r��mburse Lender for all c�sts and expenses incurred in c�nnection with �he
<br /> ma�ters re�erred�o in this paragraph.
<br /> A�tvrn�y-�n-Fac�. lf Trustor fails ta do anU of the things re#erred tv in the preceding paragraph, Lender may do so
<br /> far and in the name of Trust�r and at Trustor's expense. For such purposes, Trustor hereby irrevncab�y appoints
<br /> Lender as Trustor's a�ttorney-inTfact far the purp�se vf making, ex�cuting, delivering, fiiing, recarding, and dving all

<br /> FULL PERFORtV�AN�E. If Trustor pays all the lndebtedness, including without limitation a1� ��ture ad�an�es, when due,
<br /> and othe�wise per�orms �II �he ob�i�ations imposed upan Trustar under this Deed af Trust, Lend�r shall exe�ute and
<br /> deli�er to Trustee a request f�r �uli recon�eyance and shafl execu�e and deli�er to Trus�or suitab�e statements of
<br /> termination of any �rinancing s�a�err�ent on fi[e e�idencing Lender's secur�ty in�erest in the Rents and �he Personal
<br /> Proper�y. Any reconveya�ce fee r�quired by lawv shall be paid by Trus�or, if permit��d by appli�able 1auv.
<br /> EVENTS OF DEFAULT. Each of the following, at Lender's option, shail constitute an Event af Defau�t under this Deed
<br /> o�Trus�:
<br /> Payment Defaul�. Trustor fai�s to make any payment when due under th� indebtedness.
<br /> �ther De#au�ts. Trust�r fai[s �o camply with or to perform any other terr�, obligatifln, co�enant ar candi�ion
<br /> contained in this Deed o� Trust or in any of the Fielated Docum�nts or ta c�mply vuifih ar to perfarm any �erm,
<br /> obliga�ion, cavenant vr condition eontained in any other agreemen��etween L�nder and Trustor.
<br /> Cvmpliance De#ault. Failure ta c�mp[y v�►ith any other term, obliga�ion, covenant or condition contained in this
<br /> , Deed of Trust, �he Not�or�n any of the Re�la�ed Dvcumen�ts.
<br /> Defau[t on nther Pay►ments, Fa�lure vf Tr�.�star within th�t�me required by this Deed�f Trust to mak� any payment
<br /> for taxes or insurance, or any other paym�nt necessary to pre�ent��[�ng o�or to e�fect discharge af any lien.
<br /> Default in Farror of Third Parties. Shou�d Grantor defiault under any Coan, extension af credi�, security agreement,
<br /> purchase or sales agreement. or any other agreement, in �avor o�any o�her credi�or ar person that may materialiy
<br /> affec� any of Grant�r's property or Grantor's ability to repay the Indebtedness or G�antor`s abi�ity to perfiorm
<br /> Grantvr's o���ga�tions under this Deed ❑f Trust or any af the Related D�cuments.
<br /> Fa[se Statem�nts. Any warranty, representation ar statemen� made ar furnish�� to Lender by Trustor or on
