<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deeds
<br />executed by Shannon L. Ahlman and Pamela J. Ahlman, husband and wife, Trustor, to
<br />Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, for the benefit of Richard Bailey an d
<br />Bernice M. Bailey, husband and wife, as BENEFICIARY, dated January 29, 1998 and

<br />Document No. 98- 100797, has been paid; and said BENEFICIARY has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered, as confirmed by its
