Harr, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association ( "Trustee "), whose address is 1125 South 103` Street, Suite 800, Omaha, <br />Nebraska 68124 -1079; and (iii) David A. Vacek, Trustee of the David A. Vacek Revocable Trust <br />and Kathleen A. Vacek, Trustee of the Kathleen A. Vacek Revocable Trust, ( "Beneficiary"), <br />whose addresses are 2873 Sinks Canyon Road, Lander, Wyoming 82520. <br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys and assigns <br />to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary <br />under and subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, all of Trustor's right, title <br />and interest in and to the real estate legally described as: <br />(hereinafter the "Real Estate "), together with all interest which Trustor now has or may hereafter <br />acquire in and to the Real Estate and in and to the following: <br />(a) All leases, subleases, licenses and occupancy agreements pertaining to the Real <br />Estate now or hereafter entered into by Trustor; and <br />(b) All easements, appurtenances, hereditaments, interests in adjoining roads, streets <br />and alleys, improvements and buildings of any kind situated on the Real Estate. <br />The Real Estate and the entire estate and interest conveyed to the Trustee hereunder are <br />collectively referred to herein as the "Trust Property." <br />1.
