<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004, executed by Hastings Ventures,
<br />LLC; a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was electronically recorded as Instrument No.
<br />0200402542 on the 16 day of March 2004, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-
<br />wit:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block One (1), Woodland Park Twelfth Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated February 19, 2004,
<br />electronically recorded as Instrument No. 0200402542 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein
<br />reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 27th day of January, 2016.
