<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Sammy D. Schleicher and Deborah
<br />Schleicher, Husband and wife, as Trustor(s) to EARL AHLSHWEDE, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />THE GRAND ISLAND AREA HOUSING CORPORATION, as Beneficiary, dated December 19, 1994,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 94- 110126,
<br />has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
