<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Charles J
<br />Maycroft, as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee for the benefit
<br />of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary named therein, dated August 27,
<br />2004, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page
<br />N/A or Instrument Number 200408607, and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance
