<br />KNO14 ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc.
<br />, an Iowa Corporation, with its
<br />Home Office at 711 High Street, Des Moines, Iowa, in consideration of the sum of
<br />Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto the the Secretary of Veterans Affairs of Washington,
<br />D.C., an officer of the United States of America, his successors in office and
<br />assigns, the following described real estate situated in the County of
<br />Hall , State of Nebraska, and more particularly
<br />described as follows, to -wit:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK THREE (3),
<br />IN GILBERT'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or demand
<br />whatsoever Of Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. of, in, Or t0 the same or
<br />any part thereof.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises with the appurtenances,
<br />unto the Secretary of Veterans Affairs and to his successors in office and
<br />assigns forever, and Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. does covenant, for
<br />itself and its successors and assigns, that it is lawfully seized of the
<br />premises and has good and lawful right to sell and convey same, and that it will
<br />warrant and defend the title to said premises unto the Secretary of Veterans
<br />Affairs and his successors in office and assigns forever against the lawful
<br />claims and demands of all persons whomsoever claiming by, through or under
<br />Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., but not otherwise.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF said Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. has caused
<br />these presents to be executed by its duly authorized officer and its corporate
