<br />ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF HALL, STATE OF
<br />NEBRASKA, BEING KNOWN AS THE WEST 8 FEET OF LOT 5, AND THE EAST 49 FEET OF LOT 4,
<br />EXCEPT THE NORTH 30 FEET TO THE CITY, BLOCK 2, WESTERHOFF'S FIRST SUBDIVISION, CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />And whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said
