<br />You are hereby notified that Juan C. Sanchez, a married person and Mary C. Sanchez, his wife, as
<br />Trustors, did on or about November 27, 1996, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank,
<br />a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described
<br />real property:
<br />The Southerly 49.8 Feet of Lot One (1), in Block Forty One (41), in
<br />Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary
<br />of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on December 2, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96- 109384.
<br />On or about November 27, 1996, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment
<br />was recorded January 17, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 97- 100371.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which
<br />the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
