<br />CERTIFICATE REGARDING JOHN C. HOLLOWELL
<br />REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT

<br />James D. Hollowell, an adult of Hall County, Nebraska, states as
<br />follows:
<br />1. He is a son of John C. Hollowell. The said John C. Hollowell died
<br />July 25, 1999, as a resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. He knows of his own knowledge that his father, John C.
<br />Hollowell, established a revocable trust by an agreement dated November
<br />9, 1995. Said John C. Hollowell was named TRUSTEE. With regard to
<br />successor trustees, Paragraph 15 of the Trust Agreement provides as
<br />follows: "SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE. Upon the death, resignation or
<br />incapacity of the original Trustee, John C. Hollowell, grantor's son James
<br />D. Hollowell and Grantor's son -in -law Jerry Bady shall be the successor
<br />co- trustees. If either of them should die, resign become incapacitated
<br />during the term of his trusteeship, the remaining trustee shall continue
<br />to serve as the sole successor trustee."
<br />3. Since the death of John C. Hollowell has occurred, said
<br />Revocable Trust has become an irrevocable trust and will continue
<br />during the lifetime of Grantor's wife, Dorothy I. Hollowell. During such
<br />time, the undersigned and Jerry Bady as co- trustees shall have full
<br />authority to manage the trust assets.
<br />4. Real estate assets held and managed by the successor co-
<br />trustees are as follows:
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4NE1/4)
<br />of Section Thirteen (13), except a tract 15 rods square and
<br />situated in the northeast corner thereof, which is now being
