<br /> FURTHER A55URANCES; ATT�RNEY-IN-FACT. The fallawing p�a��sians �elating ta �ur�he� assuran�es and
<br /> atta�ney-in-fact are a pa�t af this Deed af Trust:
<br /> Further Assu�ances. A� any time, and fram time ta t�me, upan request a� Lender, T�ustar will make, execute and
<br /> deli�e�, a�wi�l cause ta he made, exe�uted ar deli�ered, ta Lender ar�a Lender's designee, and when requested hy
<br /> Lender, �ause ta he �ifed, re�a�ded, refi�ed, a� rere�a�ded, as the case may he, at such times and in su�h a�fi�es
<br /> and pla�es as Lende� may deem apprapriate, any and all such ma�tgages, deeds af trust, security deeds, security
<br /> agreements, �inan�ing statemen�s, cantinuatian statements, instruments a� further assurance, certificates, and
