20000ZG69 12. NOTICES. All written notices provided hereunder and all notices and demands of any kind or nature whatsoever shall be in writing and shall be served by certified mail. Any such notice or demand so served by certified mail shall be deposited in the United States mail, with postage thereon fully prepaid and addressed to the Trustor at each of their respective addresses stated below and to the Deed Trustee and Beneficiary at their addresses stated below, or at such other address as any of them shall have notified each of the others in writing. Service or delivery of any such notice or demand so made shall be deemed completed on the date of mailing. The County and the Company hereby requests that a copy of any Notice of Default or Notice of Sale, as may be required by law, be mailed to each of them at their respective addresses stated below, but failure to do so shall be without prejudice to the enforceability of any rights of any party hereunder. NEBRASKA UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE SECURITY AGREEMENT AND FINANCING STATEMENT. This instrument is intended to be a security agreement pursuant to the Nebraska Uniform Commercial Code covering the Agreement, the Funds and Accounts created by the Indenture, any of the items or types of property included as part of the Project that may be subject to a security interest pursuant to the Nebraska Uniform Commercial Code, and the proceeds of each thereof, and the Trustor hereby grants the Deed Trustee a security interest in such items or types of property. This Deed of Trust, or a reproduction hereof, is sufficient as a financing statement and as a financing statement it covers, among other things, goods which are or are to become fixtures within the real estate. In addition, the Trustor will execute and deliver to the Deed Trustee, upon the Deed Trustee's request, any financing statements or amendments thereof or continuation statements thereto that the Deed Trustee may require to perfect a security interest in said items or types of property. The Company has agreed to pay all costs of preparing and filing such instruments. The following sets forth information required by the Nebraska Uniform Commercial Code.
