<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured to be paid by the DEED OF TRUST executed by BETH E.
<br />KRAKAU. AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, to STEWART TITLE GUARANTI' COMP ANY, as
<br />Trustee, naming PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE, INC. as Beneficiary and which Deed of Trust was
<br />dated DECEMBER 30. 1996 and recorded on DECEMBER 30 1996 in the County Recorder's Office of HALL
<br />County, NEBRASKA Official Records as Document # 96- 110064, has been fully paid; said Deed of Trust
<br />conveyed real property situated in the County of HALL, State of NEBRASKA and more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />LOT 2, JEFFREY OAKS THIRD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />AND WHEREAS, STEWART TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY, is now the Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust noted above.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, STEWART TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY, as Trustee, does hereby grant,
<br />release, and convey unto the present holders of the equitable title to said real property, ALL the estate and
<br />interest derived to the said Trustee, by or through said Deed of Trust, in the real property situated in the County
<br />of HALL, State of NEBRASKA, therein described, together with the appurtenances, special references being
<br />hereby made to said Deed of Trust and the record thereof for a particular description of said real property.
