TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by �- <br />WANDA F REBER, A SINGLE PERSON <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, <br />dated July 30, 1986, and recorded July 30, 1986, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL <br />COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 86- 104264 has been paid, and said beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of <br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such <br />premises; <br />E8' OF S58' OF LOT 6 & 576.5' OF LOT 7, ALL IN BLOCK 73 IN WHEELER AND <br />BENNETT' S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 31st <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />day of March 2000 <br />A--f z�2yj. <br />Trustee: Arend R.
