<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, executed by
<br />LITTLE B'S CORP., A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No.
<br />99- 106139 on the 17 day of June, 1999, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached
<br />real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Three (3), Summerfield Estates Eighth Subdivision, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. AND Lot Seven (7), Block Two (2),
<br />Summerfield Estates Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska AND Lot One (1), Summerfield Estates Ninth Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska AND Lot Three (3), Block Three (3),
<br />Summerfield Estates Seventh Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />a /k/a 3718 Summerfield Ave, 3805 Meadow Rd., 3936 Chukar Circle and 1717
<br />Summerfield Ave., Grand Island, NE
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, recorded
<br />as Instrument No. 99- 106139 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 19 day of January, 2016.
