<br />PLAZA SQUARE, a Partnership, herein called Grantor, in consideration of
<br />the sum of One Thousand Dollars ( $1,000.00), receipt of which is hereby

<br />Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as

<br />(4.0) feet of the Westerly Twenty Two (22.0) feet of Lot Six (6),
<br />Block Sixty Eight (68) in the Original town, now city of Grand Island.
