Franzen and <br />Sharon K. Franzen, husband and wife, and Jerry M. Miller and Pamela S. Sober Miller, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as the "Declarant," <br />ARTICLE I. PURPOSE AND NAME <br />The purpose of this Master Deed and Declaration is to submit additional land <br />herein described and improvements built thereon to the condominium form of <br />ownership and use in the manner provided by the Nebraska Condominium Act. The <br />name by which this condominium is to be identified is Ravenoaks Condominiums, a <br />condominium. The name of the association shall be Ravenoaks Condominium Unit <br />Owners Association, Inc., a non - profit corporation. <br />ARTICLE Il. INVOLVED PROPERTY <br />The land which has been previously submitted to the condominium is described <br />as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Ravenoaks Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Additional land is submitted to the condominium which is described as follows: <br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Ravenoaks Subdivision to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />ARTICLE III. NUMBER OF UNITS <br />The total number of additional units created is four for a total of eight (8). The <br />number of units created initially was four (4), and by the exercise of special declarant <br />rights, this document creates an additional four (4) units with additional real estate, <br />pursuant to this Amendment of the Master Deed and Declaration. <br />ARTICLE IV. BOUNDARIES <br />The boundaries of each unit, including the unit's identifying number, are shown <br />on Exhibits "A" (plat and plan) and "B" (plat and plan). The boundaries are the <br />unfinished surface of the outer most interior walls, fireplace openings, if any, up to <br />the flue in the closed position, the unfinished service of the ceiling immediately below <br />the roof as indicated for each separate unit upon the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" <br />and the extension of those surfaces where the unit includes unenclosed space. <br />1 <br />
