<br />I, Deryl D. Sorgenfrei, being fully sworn upon oath, deposes and
<br />says;
<br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of
<br />Nebraska, and is now a partner in the firm of Rockwell And
<br />Associates, Engineering & Surveying, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />2. Affiant further states that on January 8, 2001, he completed
<br />a survey of Gregg Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />that the original plat of said subdivision is now recorded
<br />at the Register of Deeds Office in the Hall County
<br />Courthouse at Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the
<br />plat of Gregg Subdivision, in the Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />has discovered an error in the Township designation shown on
<br />the plat drawing and the date of survey shown in the Survey-
<br />or's Certificate.
<br />4. Affiant further states that the Township designation for
<br />Section Thirty One (31) and Section Thirty Two (32), should
<br />be Township Nine (9) North in lieu of Township Eight (8)
<br />North as shown on the plat drawing.
<br />5. Affiant further states that the date of survey as shown on
<br />the first line of the Surveyor's Certificate should read
<br />January 8, 2001 in lieu of July 8, 2001.
