Brasee, 409 South 17 Street, Suite 500, Omaha, NE 68102 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT WHEREAS, 1321 Webb Road, LLC the "Trustor "), by Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, <br />Assignment of Leases and Rents and Fixture Financing Statement dated January 28, 2009 and recorded on February <br />2, 2009 as Instrument No. 20090062 in the Register of Deed's Office of Hall County, Nebraska (the "Deed of <br />Trust ") conveyed to the Trustee named therein certain real estate legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof.
