TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200-002607 <br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by <br />JONATHAN M SMITH AND MELANIE A SMITH, HUSBAND AND WIFE ' <br />to AREND R BAACE, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated March 31st, 1999 and recorded April 1, 1999, in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL COUNTY, Nebraska as Instrument Number 99-103572 <br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />t <br />PARCEL TWO: 1905 WEST OKLAHOMA, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK FIVE (5) IN PARKH LL SECOND SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being <br />the intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the <br />land described remain as heretofore. <br />Dated this 28th day of March 2000 <br />Z, Y, — / � �k- -,�- <br />Arend R.
