<br /> SECURITY A�REEMENT; F�NANCINC STATEMENTS. The fo�lowing pro�isions relatin� to this ❑eed of Trus� as a
<br /> se�urity agre�ment are a part o�this Deed o�Trus�:

<br /> and cnntinue Lende�'s security intsrest in the Persona� Proper�y. In addition to re�ord�ng �his Deed o�F Trust in the
<br /> real praperty r��vrds, Lender may, at any time and withaut further autharizatian fram Trustor, f�le execut�d
<br /> caun�erparts, �opies or reprvductians af this Deed of Trus� as a financing statement. Trustor shall reimburse
<br /> Lender for a[I expenses incurred in perfe�ting or can�inuing this s�curity int�rest� Upan default, Trustor shall not
<br /> remove, se�er vr deta�h the Pe�s�nal Proper�y fram the Praperty. UpQn default, Trustor shall assemble any
<br /> Personal Property not a��ixed ta th� Property in a manner and at a place reasonably can�enien� fifl Trustar and
<br /> Lender and make i� a�ai[able ta Lender within three �3} days af��r receip� of wr�tten demand frvm L�nder tv �the
<br /> extent permitted by app�i�able law.
<br /> Addresses. The mai�ing addresses of Trustor �debtflry and Lender �secured party} from which information
<br /> Cancerning the security interest gran�ed by this Deed o�F Trust may be obtained �each as required by the Uniform

<br /> FURTMER ASSURANCES; ATTDRNEY-IN-FAGT. The folfowing prQ�isions relating t❑ further assurances and

<br /> Lende�as Trustar's atto�ney-in-�act far fihe purpose of making, execu�in�, deii�ering, €iling, recording, ancl d�ing al�
<br /> other things as may be ne�essary ❑r d�sirahle, in L�nder's svle apinion, ta accomplish the matters �eferred to in
<br /> the preGeding paragraph.
<br /> FULL PERFt]RMANCE. I�Trust�r pays all the Ind�btedness when due, termina�es the credit line a�count, and otherwis�
<br /> per�orms all �he ❑bligatians impos�d upon Trustor under this Deed of Trust, Lender shall �xecu�e and deli�er to Trus�ee
<br /> a request fvr full r�con�eyance and sha�! execute and deli�er to Trustor sui�able statements a� �ermination of any
<br /> financing statement an file e�idencing L�nder's security interest in the R�nts and the Personal Prop�rty. Any
<br /> reGon��yance fee required by law shall be paid by Trustor, ifi permitted by applicable law.
<br /> EVENTS QF DEFAULT. Trustor will be in de�ault under this Deed of Trust if any of the follawing happen: �A} Trustor
<br /> Gommits f�aud vr makes a material misrepresentatian a# any time in cannectian wi�h the Credit Agreement. This can
<br /> include, �or example, a false statement abvut T�ustor's in�vme, ass�ts, lia�i��ties, or any ather asps�ts of T�ustor's
<br /> #inancia� candi�ion. {B� Trustor does nat meet the repayment terms af the Credit Agreert�ent. {C� Trustor's actian or
<br /> inactian ad�ersely af�ects the �a��at�ral or Lender's rights in the col�a�kera�. This can �nclude, tar example, �ailure t�
<br /> maintain r�quired insurance, waste or destru�ti�e us� vf the dvuelling, failu�e to pay�axes, death af all persons fiab�e on
<br /> th� a�coun�t, transfer o� title or sale �f the dwelling, creation vf a senior lien on the dwefling without Lend��'s
<br /> permission, �orec[vsure by the holder a�anather lien, or the us�of funds or th�dwe�[ing for p�ohibited purposes.
<br /> RIGHTS ►�NC3 RENlEDIES ❑N DEFAULT. If an E�en� o'� Defauft occurs under this Deed af Trust, a� any tim� therea�rter,
<br /> Trus�ee or Lender may exercise any ane or mvre of the �a�lowing rights and remedies:
<br /> �4��el�ra�kian Upon De�faul�;Addi#ianai Rernedies. If any E�en�of Default�ccurs as per the terms o�the Credit
<br /> Agreement se�ured hereby, Lender may declare a11 Indebtedness se�ured by th�s ❑eed o#Trust to �as due and
<br /> �aya�le and the same shall thereupon be�ome due and payable without any presentment, d�mand, prvtes�❑r
<br /> na�ice v�any kind. Thereaf�er, Lender may:
<br /> {a} Either in person or by agent, wi�h ar without bring�ng any action or proceeding, or by a rec�i�er
<br /> appain�ed by a court and without r�gard ta the adequacy �f its security, enter upvn and take pass�ssion
<br /> of the Property, or any part thereaf, in its own name�r in the name of Trustee, and do any aG�s which it
<br /> deems necessary vr desirable t❑ preser�e the �alue, marketabi�ity or ren�ability af the Propertyr or part of
<br /> the Praperty or interes� in �he Property; increase the �ncome firom the Praperty or protect th� security af
<br /> the Prap�rty; and, with or wi�haut taking possession of �he Praperty, sue for vr a�herwise colle�t the
<br /> rents, issues and pra#i�s of the Pr�perty, Fnc[uding thvse past due and unpaid, and apply the same, iess
<br /> costs and expenses of opera�ion and call�Gtion a�tarneys' fiees, to any indeb�ednsss se�ured by this Deed
<br /> of Trust, al� in such order as Lender may de�ermine. The entering upon and taking possess��n of th�
<br /> Property, the callec�ion of such ren�s, issues and prafits, and the applicativn therevfi shall not cur� or
<br /> wairre any default or nvtice of default under this ❑eed of Trus�or in�al�da#e any a�t done in response #v
<br /> such defauit�r pursuant to such natice o�de�au�t; and, nvtwithstanding the continuance in pvss�ssion of
<br /> the Property or the �oll�ction, receip� and appiicatian of rents, issues ar profi�s, Trustee ar L�nder shall
<br /> be en�itled to exercise �very right pro�ided for in the Credit Agreement �r the Re�ated Documents or by
<br /> law upan the o�currence of any e�ent of de�auit, �nc�uding rhe righ�ta exer�ise the power vf sai�;
