<br />Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated July 28, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, in Book N/A Page NIA or Instrument Number 0200407476, and Beneficial Interest in said
<br />Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as
