<br />Anchez - Escobar and Angelina Dominguez - Macha, and Levi Dominguez- Sanchez, as Trustor to
<br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY_ the beneficiary named therein, dated July 29, 2004, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or
<br />Instrument Number 0200407573 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance
