Effect of Amen_dinq Paragraph 6 of the Master Deed. The <br />amendments to Paragraph 6 of the Master Deed and First Amendment to <br />Master deed provided in subparagraph 2(d) above are due to the <br />following changes arising from the creation and formation of Office <br />Units C -4, C -5 and I -1: <br />(a) By creating and forming office Unit C -4, the common areas <br />designated in the Master Deed are decreased by 464.1 <br />square feet. <br />(b) By creating and forming office Unit C -5, the common areas <br />designated in the Master Deed are decreased by 151.7 <br />square feet. <br />(c) By creating and forming office Unit I -1, the common areas <br />designated in the Master Deed are decreased by 468 square <br />feet. <br />(d) The creation and formation of Office Units C -4, C -5 and <br />I -1 requires the square footage, basic value, share of <br />expenses of general common area and common expenses and <br />number of votes in Association to be adjusted proportion- <br />ately among the various Office Unit Owners and reallocat- <br />ed accordingly. <br />4. Recording of First Amendment. The filing of the First <br />Amendment and warranty deed are hereby ratified in their entirety <br />subject to the terms and conditions herein. <br />5. Effect of Amendments. Except as specifically amended <br />herein, the parties herein affirm and acknowledge that the Master <br />Deed and First Amendment remain in full force and effect as <br />written. <br />4 <br />
