<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jeffrey B O'Callaghan and Sherri
<br />L O'Callaahan, husband and wife
<br />to United Nebraska Bank Trustee for the
<br />benefit of United Nebraska Bank , the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated October 14, 1997 and recorded October 20, 1997 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska , in Book at
<br />Page or Document No. 97- 108734 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />The Westerly 61' of the Easterly 90' of Lot 10, Block 1, Westerhoff's First Subdivision, City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
