<br />The undersigned, Raymond Trompke and Imogene Turek, being the co- Personal
<br />Representatives of the Estate of Isabelle F. Trompke, Deceased, pursuant to authority of the County
<br />Court of Sherman County, Nebraska, pursuant to the Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration for
<br />distribution of the Estate, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Imogene Turek and
<br />James Turek, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, the following described real
<br />property:
<br />The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N %2 SE %) of Section Thirty (30), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting the following tract:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said N %2 SE 1/4; thence running N 89 °51'34" W on the South
<br />line of said N Y2 SE Y4 for a distance of 830.00 feet; thence on an assumed bearing of N 00 °00'00" E,
<br />parallel with the East line of said N % SE 1/4 for 516.73 feet; thence N 87 °30'00" E for 830.79 feet to a
<br />point on the East line of said N 1 /2 SE %4; thence S 00 °00'00" E on the East line of said N 1/2 SE % for
<br />555.00 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever, of said Deceased, of, in and to same, or any part hereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property, and all tenements, hereditaments, and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the Grantees, and to their assigns, or their heirs and assigns
<br />and the Grantor covenants that the real property herein described is free and clear of any lien or
<br />encumbrance caused b yny claim for taxes levied against the Estate of Isabelle F. Trompke, Deceased.
