<br />Bradley N. Gangwish, a Single Person, Trustor to First State Bank as Trustee for the

<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Inst. 98- 103065 on April 2, 1998,
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of
<br />Trust in the following:
