201600169 <br />7. Affiant has the decedent's will dated February 20, 2013 and has made an <br />investigation and has been unable to find a subsequent will. <br />8. Affiant states that the following named individuals are entitled to the real <br />property <br />based on being named as a devisee under the last will of the decedent. <br />9. No other person has a right to the interest of the Decedent in the above described <br />property. <br />10. Affiant affirms that all statements made in the Affidavit are true and material and <br />further acknowledges that any false statement may subject Affiant to penalties relating to perjury <br />under Nebraska Revised Statute §28 -915. <br />11. Pursuant to Nebraska Probate Code Section §30 -24, 130, Affiant shall have the <br />same protection as a distributee who has received a deed of distribution from a Personal <br />Representative as provided in Nebraska Revised Statute §30- 24,106. <br />12. Further, pursuant to Nebraska Probate Code Section §30-24,130, a purchaser of <br />real property from Affiant shall have the same protection as a person purchasing from or lending <br />to a distributee who has received a deed of distribution from a personal representative as <br />provided in Nebraska Revised Statute §30 -24, 108. <br />13.
