Rerucha, Wife and Husband , herein called the grantor whether one or more, 'S <br />C <br />in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Considerations ($1.00) <br />received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto <br />Ghulam Raza Mirza and Rishia L.
