<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Brian D.
<br />Levander Spouse of Annette Levander, Annette R. Levander Spouse of Brian Levander,
<br />Husband and Wife, Brain D. Levander, Trustee of the Brian D. Levander Revocable Trust,
<br />Annette R. Levander, Trustee of the Annette R. Levander Revocable Trust, Borrower, to
<br />HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />herein, dated November 25, 2015, and recorded December 9, 2015, Instrument Number
<br />201508328, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does. by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />Lot One (1), Commonwealth Business Park Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; Lot Twenty -three (23), West Gate Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
