Young, Successor Trustee, in a Trust Deed from Clifford <br />C. Pemberton and Vera M. Pemberton, husband and wife, dated August 26, 1999 and recorded in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on August 30, 1999 as Document No. <br />99- 108649, the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed is Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation, <br />n/k/a Conseco Finance Servicing Corp. does hereby notify the above -named persons of a default in <br />said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon the following- described real estate, situated <br />in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />The South Ten (10) Feet of Lot One Hundred Twenty -Five (125) and all of Lot One <br />Hundred Twenty Six (126), Hawthorne Place, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has <br />occurred in that the grantors of said deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the payments <br />Et l - <br />RETURN TO: <br />THOMAS J.
