<br />I, Carol Ann King, of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereby revoke all prior Durable
<br />Powers of Attorney signed by me and hereby make, constitute, and appoint my son.
<br />Lloyd Lee Koch, and my daughter -in -law, Sandra K. Koch, as my true and lawful
<br />Attorneys -in -Fact, to act either jointly or individually. Said Attorneys -in -Fact shall act for
<br />me and in my name, place and stead, on my behalf, and for my use and benefit:
<br />1. To deposit in my name and for my account with any bank or other
<br />financial institution all monies payable or belonging to me, including checks and all
<br />other commercial instruments, and to sign my name and endorse all documents for
<br />deposit or collection or any other purpose.
<br />2. To withdraw all monies deposited with any bank or other financial
<br />institutions and to draw checks, sign withdrawal slips, and execute any other instruments
<br />necessary for withdrawing monies belonging to me.
<br />3. To sell, transfer, exchange, mortgage, encumber by security agreement
<br />or any other form of encumbrance, my real estate and personal property, and to
<br />execute and deliver deeds, including deeds of warranty, contracts, bills of sale,
<br />mortgages, security agreements and other documents necessary to act in carrying out
<br />these powers.
<br />4. To collect. sue, compromise or otherwise dispose of any claim or debt due
<br />or payable to me, and to pay, compromise or otherwise discharge and secure releases
<br />from any obligations owed by me.
<br />5. To hold, manage, invest, reinvest, trade, exchange, buy and sell
<br />investments and investment securities.
<br />6. To lease, rent, manage, terminate leases, contract as to, and generally
<br />deal and use my real estate and interests in real estate, upon covenants, conditions
<br />and terms my attorney -in -fact shall determine, receive and collect all rents and all
<br />other amounts due me as security for the faithful performance of leases and all rents
<br />due and payable to me, and execute all necessary documents and other papers
<br />pertaining to my real estate.
<br />7. To make gifts of personal property, money, or real estate.
<br />8. To perform any act, power, duty, right or obligation that I now have or
<br />may hereafter acquire the legal right, power or capacity to exercise or perform,
<br />relating to any person, transaction, thing, business property, real or personal, tangible or
<br />intangible, or matter whatsoever.
