EXHIBIT "B" 26/600103 A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Eleven (11), County Subdivision of part of the Southeast Quarter (SE %), of Section Nineteen (19), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: The Easterly Twenty (20) Feet of the Westerly Fifty (50) Feet and the Southerly Twenty (20) Feet of the Northerly Fifty (50) Feet of the following described tract, to wit: Referring to a point on the South Line of Lot 10 in County Subdivision in the Southeast Quarter (SE114) of Section Nineteen (19) Township Ten (10) North Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, said point being twenty (20) feet East of the Center of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of said section. From this reference point proceeding on a line in a Northerly direction parallel to and one hundred thirty five point three (135.3) feet distant from the Easterly line of said Lot 10 a distance of five hundred ninety (590) feet to a point which point is the Actual Point Of Beginning for the description of this tract. Commencing at this point of beginning thence continuing Northerly on the same line extended a distance of four hundred seventy three point six (473.6) feet to a point on the Southerly right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad thence in a Northeasterly direction at an angle of sixty eight degree thirty five minutes (68 °35') to the right along and upon the railroad right of way line a distance of four hundred forty four point six (444.6) feet thence in a Southerly direction at an angle of one hundred eleven degrees twenty five minutes (111° 25') to the right a distance of six hundred thirty nine point seven (639.7) feet, thence Westerly at an angle of ninety degrees thirty eight minutes (90 °38') to the right a distance of four hundred eleven point two (411.2) feet to the point of beginning.
