MEAD and JUDITH A. <br />MEAD, Husband and Wife, hereinafter called the GRANTORS whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Thousand One Hundred Eighty Two Dollars and Fifty Cents <br />($1,182.50), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant and convey unto <br />the City of Wood River, Nebraska hereinafter called the GRANTEE, its successors in <br />interest and assigns, the following described real estate, (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. <br />76 201) in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to be used and held by the GRANTEE <br />for and dedicated for street, road, right -of -way, and public utility purposes, to wit: <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the above described and granted premises unto the <br />said GRANTEE, its successors in interest and assigns forever. <br />And the GRANTORS above named hereby covenant to and with the GRANTEE, <br />and the GRANTEE'S successors in interest and assigns that GRANTORS <br />a. are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from <br />encumbrances, except easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record; <br />b. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />c. warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of <br />all persons. <br />
