GIDEON and JOYCE E. <br />GIDEON, Trustees of the Inter Vivos Revocable Trust of William G. Gideon and JOYCE <br />E. GIDEON and WILLIAM G. GIDEON, Trustees of the Inter Vivos Revocable Trust of <br />Joyce E. Gideon, hereinafter called the GRANTORS whether one or more, in <br />consideration of Two thousand five hundred sixty -eight dollars and thirty -six cents <br />($2,568.36) and other good and sufficient consideration the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, do hereby convey and grant unto the City of Wood River, Nebraska <br />hereinafter called the GRANTEE, its successors in interest and assigns, the following <br />described real estate, (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 201) in the County of Hall, State <br />of Nebraska, to be used and held by the GRANTEE and dedicated for street, road, <br />right -of -way, and public utility purposes, to wit: <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the above described and granted premises unto the <br />said GRANTEE, its successors in interest and assigns forever. <br />And the GRANTORS above named hereby covenant to and with the GRANTEE, <br />and the GRANTEE'S successors in interest and assigns that GRANTORS <br />a. are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from <br />encumbrances, except easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record; <br />b. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />c. warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of <br />all persons. <br />cD <br />rn <br />co <br />co <br />
