<br />(N KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by CHARITY BERDING, to JOHN S. KATELMAN, ESQ., as Trustee for the benefit of DIRECTORS
<br />ACCEPTANCE, the Beneficiary named therein, dated 05/14/97 and recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska on 05/15/97 as Instrument No. 97- 103762 in Book
<br />at page ; which Trust Deed was subsequently assigned by DIRECTORS ACCEPTANCE to IMC Mortgage
<br />Company DBA IMCC Financial by assignment dated 06/17/97 and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200101264 on February 21, 2001,
<br />has been paid and said Beneficiary has delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
