<br />Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described,
<br />hereby grants and conveys to U. S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ND,
<br />herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenant or warranty
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate,

<br />LOT EIGHTY (80) IN BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
<br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by that Trust Deed dated the 26th day of August, 1998, and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />the 51h day of October, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 109710 of the
<br />mortgage records of said county, between Mario A. Perales, a single
<br />man, as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association, Trustee and U.S.

<br />granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on the Trusts therein
<br />expressed, the property hereinabove described to secure, among
<br />other obligations, the payment of a certain note and interest
<br />described in said Trust Deed according to the terms thereof and
<br />after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed
<br />authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach and default by
<br />the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust Deed in the
<br />particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the
<br />Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which
