Hein and Tamara D. <br />Hein, husband and wife <br />herein called the grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received from <br />grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Melvin E. Fuller and Roberta A.
