<br />to RAY M. POEHLER, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as

<br />An undivided two - third's interest in the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1 /4) of Section Twenty -nine (29), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) , West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, less the following described real estate:
<br />Commencing at the north quarter corner of said section, thence
<br />east on section line a distance of 759.0 feet to a point on
<br />section line which is the actual point of beginning. From
<br />this point, southerly, at an angle of 90° 00' to the right
<br />from the section line a distance of 438.0 feet, thence
<br />easterly at an angle of 90° 00' to the left a distance of
<br />596.7 feet, thence northerly at an angle of 90° 00' to the
<br />left a distance of 438.0 feet, thence west on section line to
<br />the point of beginning a distance of 596.7 feet,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled
<br />to distribution of the real estate from said estate. GRANTORS covenant
<br />with GRANTEE that GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to
<br />convey and release the same.
