200101'772 The debtor(s) warrant(s) the above described property is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances; that he /she(they) will pay all personal taxes before the same become delinquent; that he /she (they) will maintain and pay the premiums for fire and extended coverage insurance on said property in an amount not less that the unpaid balance of the indebtedness. That if he/she(they) fail to pay any such taxes or premiums, that the secured party may pay the same and any such payments by the secured party shall be a part of this indebtedness, payment of which shall be secured by this financing statement and interest thereon shall accrue at the rate of interest. provided in the note of even date herewith, payment of which this financing statement secures.
