Burchess and Mary E. Burchess, husband and wife, ASSIGNORS, do hereby <br />assign to EQUITABLE BUILDING & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, FSB, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to <br />Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $70,000.00, the Lease dated March 5, 2001, wherein <br />Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignor is the Lessee, pertaining to the following - <br />described premises: <br />Lots Thirty (30) and Thirty-One (31), having a lake front footage of 135 feet, <br />situated on the West side of the East Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a <br />part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2SW' /4), in Section Thirteen <br />(13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $70,000.00, with interest <br />and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that <br />this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further <br />force nor effect. <br />DATED: March 5TH, 2001. <br />J�� '- r 6.'� <br />CRAIJ C.
